Full Body Ignition (5:45A Classes)
Wake your body up and get your engine going. This bodyweight class focuses on mobility to improve movement, posture and total body awareness.
Tone and Tighten (7:00A Classes)
Moderate to high intensity workouts that increase muscular strength, lean muscle mass and improve muscular endurance while promoting weight loss.
Bootcamps are designed to target overall health of members ages 13 and up. Each workout will be done in set repetitions for an allotted time frame. Exercises include running drills, plyometric exercises, and weight-lifting routines with light weights. Classes may be conducted indoor or outdoor depending on the nature of the workout.
Lower Body Burnout (LB)
The name says it all. In this class we’re targeting all major muscle groups in your lower body to improve agility, balance, strength, endurance and increase your body’s metabolism.
Precision Boxing (PB)
Building upper body strength is key to achieving optimal fitness. You will leave this class with toned arms, sculpted shoulders and a nice strong back (which is so important in protecting our spine)
Core Control and Stability + Strength Classes (CCS)
Core strength is the foundation to maintaining optimal physical health. All movement passes through your core so a strong and stable midsection is optimal. In these classes we focus on improving endurance, balance, flexibility, stability and total body strength.
Beast FX3 Training incorporates plyometrics, strength and agility training, boxing fundamentals and endurance and power striking all in one class.
BurnOut 7 (Body Blitz + Circuit Speed Classes)
Our Saturday boot camps are going to take your training to the next level. These camps are meant to burn excess body fat, increase total body strength and bring out the best in you.
BurnOut 7 is a unique group fitness class that sets up stations that isolates different types of workouts that engage various muscle groups of the body. This class will allow for target workouts and strength building in weak areas. The purpose of this class is to increase strength, improve endurance, target spot weak muscles, and tone muscles.
